Originally built in the 1920s by the renowned Mizzi Group, St Paul’s Court has long stood as a landmark development within the islands. With various additions made over the decades, the complex carries a rich architectural legacy—one we sought to honour and elevate.
Upon acquiring the site, we embraced the challenge with a clear vision. Through detailed concrete studies and structural assessments, we secured permits for the development of 36 additional residential units, carefully integrating them into the existing fabric of the building.
As the renovation unfolds, St Paul’s Court is being transformed—offering classic elegance to new residents, while significantly enhancing facilities and quality of life for current homeowners. The result: a thoughtfully restored community that bridges the past and future in one of Buġibba’s most sought-after locations.
