Tucked away in a quiet corner of Pietà, this exclusive collection of traditionally inspired townhouses pays homage to Malta’s architectural heritage while offering all the comforts of modern living. Once the site of a disused farm, we saw the potential to create something that respects the character of the area—opting against a block of apartments in favour of a more sensitive, timeless approach.
Understanding the historical and aesthetic value of the neighbourhood, we invested in traditional Maltese workmanship for the façades, using locally sourced limestone, handcrafted corbels, wooden balconies, and authentic ironwork. Each detail was carefully considered, ensuring harmony with the surrounding street scape, while offering new homeowners a residence of enduring beauty and quality.
With a focus on low-density living, this project reflects our belief that not every space needs to be maximised—some should simply be celebrated.
